Entity Structure
We are based in Russell, Bay of Islands. Our trust deed states that we must have between 3 and 10 Trustees. We currently have 4 Trustees which includes our Chairman: Other officers include a Treasurer and a Secretary who are not Trustees. We also have an operational committee appointed by the Trustees. We are establishing a wider membership of persons or organisations who wish to support or take an interest in the purpose of the trust.
