Charitable Purpose

Xtreme Zero Waste Group is established for the advancement of the protection, promotion and preservation of the natural environment. This will be done mainly via the development and support of not for profit community enterprises in order to: - improve the sustainability of resource use in our community through initiatives such as Zero Waste programmes and energy efficiency programmes - develop and deliver behaviour change education to support positive environmental outcomes

Entity Structure

Xtreme Zero Waste Trust owns 100% of the shares in Xtreme Zero Waste Ltd. The trust appoints the directors and receives a management fee from XZW Ltd. At least 50% of the directors in XZW Ltd must also be trustees of XZW Trust.
