The school operates from its premises in Albany Auckland. The school is governed by a Board comprising of no more than 8 elected Members and the Ex officio Executive Principal. Pinehurst Trust is a subsidiary of the School and was established to assist the activities of the school administering any capital funds arising from insurance claims or other means on behalf of the school. The School establishes control over the Trust by its ability to benefit from activities and to appoint Trustees.
