We have two separately registered charities. Mahitahi Trust - responsible for the Health aspect and Mahitahi Kainga - the Social Housing aspect. Both trust deeds state that we must have no less than 4 and no more than eight Trustees. Mahitahi Trust is the parent company responsible for financial oversight and back office administration.
