Purpose & Structure


Charitable Purpose

To hold the Trust fund for the benefit of the charitable purposes and objects of the Society, or any successor thereof. In the event of the Society ceasing to exist then to hold the Trust fund for the same (or as near as practicable) charitable purposes and objects as the purposes and objects of the Society. At the discretion of the Board to advance funds to the Society whether income or capital. At the discretion of the Board to lease land and buildings or other assets to the Society at nominal rent or at such rental and upon such terms as the Board thinks fit. To raise money for the objects and purposes of the Trust. To receive donations, gifts, legacies or bequests. To co-operate with other bodies, trusts, societies or other organisations engaged in work in whole or in part similar to the purposes and objects of the Trust. To do any other lawful acts or things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above pruposes and objects.
