Entity Structure

Tupoho was incorporated in 2011 to act as the legal entity for Te Runanga o Tupoho. The Trust is governed by four Trtustees, the Company is governed by three Directors. Both entities have a Kaiwhakahaere and a Manager, along with support staff.
