Purpose & Structure


Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the group is the advancement, improvement, and betterment of the practice of chiropractic and chiropractic education in New Zealand. To promote, foster and encourage relevant scientific and clinical science research with a goal of improving the quality and impact of chiropractic care provided to patients and thus improving the health, wellness and quality of life of New Zealanders. In summary to advance chiropractic education and chiropractic research.

Entity Structure

The group structure is through NZCET who have control over NZCCCCR through shared board members, financial reporting, and internal systems of budgeting, income, and expenditure audit controls. The Chairman of the NZCET along with two Board Members, sit on both Boards. The Chairman of Audit and Finance, who sits on both Boards, approves the Group's budget, audits and financial policies. The President of NZCCCCR who reports to the Chairman of NZCET, oversees the day to day operations of NZCCCCR.
