Entity Structure

The Te Araroa - The Long Pathway. Te Araroa Trust is a not for profit organization governed by a Board of Trustees. The Trust deed specifies that the Board of Trustees is to be comprised of no fewer than 6 and no more than 10.A treasurer is appointed and is responsible for maintaining the accounting records for the Trust. There is one fulltime employee of he Trust - the CEO, who is responsible for the day to day operation of the Trust.
