Entity Structure

Emerge Aotearoa Trust (Parent) is the "umbrella trust" of the Group. The Parent has the power of appointment and removal of officers of each group entity. Emerge Aotearoa Housing Trust owns and leases commercial property and social housing for the purposes of the Group’s activities. The body corporates are trading entities. The Parent is the sole shareholder of each body corporate within the Group.
