Search and Rescue Services Limited, as the holder of the Air Operator Certificate, subcontracts its emergency air services to Central Air Ambulance Rescue, the contract holder. SRSL Assets, a wholly owned subsidiary of SRSL, is responsible for purchasing and supplying aircraft needed to support the parent company, Search and Rescue Services, in managing its air operations.
