The Company has the capacity (and the necessary rights, powers and privileges) to carry on or undertake the following businesses and activities, to do acts and enter into transactions for the following purposes and for no other purposes: (a) to support the charitable activities of the Waikato Regional Property Trust (CC57594); and (b) the support of charitable organisations that further the above purposes.
