Entity Structure

The parent entity was established by the Auckland War Memorial Museum Act 1996 and is managed by the members of an incorporated trust board. That trust board is the sole trustee of an unincorporated charitable trust (a sub-trust) which manages funds, bequests and donations pursuant to the terms of a trust deed. The group members are separately registered charities based in Auckland, New Zealand.
