Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The erection, control, administration and development of educational establishments, including camps, maintained principally for students of school age in such locations as the Board shall from time to time determine, emphasising Christian values and Christian principles according to the Bible, the Word of God within the Dominion of New Zealand, and the carrying on of all or any kind of Christian work in any way incidental to the aforesaid objects.

Entity Structure

We currently have three facilities with head office operating from one of them located in Henderson Valley. one other is also located in Henderson Valley , the other in Piha. The Henderson Valley locations are part of one registered charity the piha one operates separately. Both boards are made up of no less than five members usually sitting on both boards. We are members of a National body CCNZ who provide guidance and support but does not control or is involved in the day to day operations.
