Charitable Purpose

The Charitable purposes of the Company are to provide for the advancement, promotion, development and resourcing of education for gifted and neurodivergent young people.

Entity Structure

The business and affairs of the Company are managed by, or under the direction or supervision of, the Board of Directors ("the board"). The number of Directors shall be not less than five or more than nine persons, who shall be appointed to the Board by a shareholders' resolution. The current shareholder is the New Zealand Centre for Gifted Education Trust.
