Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The main purpose of the Trust is to perform an educational role to raise awareness of the care of wildlife throughout New Zealand. Also to assist other groups, organisations and individuals which are endeavoring to promote activities designed to support wildlife.

Entity Structure

Our Trust Deed states that we must have between 3 and 5 Trustees. We currently have 4 Trustees, and they include a Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary. We meet online to discuss our work plan and priorities. The Trustees are all volunteers, and the Trust does not employ staff.
