Tāwhiri Group is based in Wellington. Tawhiri Ltd is the parent company. The charitable company Constitution (rules) states that the minimum number of Directors of the Company will be no fewer than two and no more than ten in number. These directors constitute the Board. Tāwhiri Limited acts as trustee and manager of The New Zealand Festival Trust and the Wellington Jazz and Music Festival Trust.
