Charitable Purpose
The purposes of the Charitable Society are to:
To advance education by increasing students’ knowledge of gardening, nature and the environment through facilitating student-led learning in school gardens
To foster a strong connection with member schools, and local whenua by working with staff and students from our kura on shared activities and local environmental projects
To promote food resilience and a culture of kaitiakitanga among our local communities by teaching tamariki to grow and prepare
