Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Catholic Caring Foundation exists to assist families, children and individuals suffering from the effects of poverty. The Foundation provides contestable funding to projects/services that strengthen or support families and communities both short-term and long term.

Entity Structure

The Board is appointed by the Bishop which includes the Bishop and a quorum of at least four other Board members. The Board exercise all or any of the powers as set out in clause 4 of the Foundation's trust deed in the management of the affairs of the Foundation.
