Charitable Purpose

Purapura Whetu empowers people to reach their full potential through personal growth, positive mental health and wellbeing. Embracing the Māori view of wellbeing, connecting to the culture, traditions and values of our tupuna, we help achieve mental, physical and spiritual health.

Entity Structure

our Trust Deed states that we must have between 3 and 7 Trustees. We currently have 5 trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive officer positions: chair, treasurer and secretary. Trustees governance members may lead sub committees as determined by our annual work plans and priorities. we employ a chief executive officer, who oversees the trust's operation.
