Purpose & Structure


Charitable Purpose

Our purpose is to rescue and treat sick, injured and abandoned cats and dogs in the South Auckland community and to then find forever homes for them. To promote and educate the community in caring and proper treatment of their Animals. Along with managing wild cat colonies by trapping, de-sexing, and releasing to prevent over breeding.

Entity Structure

We are based in Mangere, Auckland. Our Trust deed states that we must have a minimum of three Trustee members. We currently have four Trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive positions: president, treasurer and secretary. We are currently incorporating and registering our Trust at the Companies Office.
