The Trust Deed states that there will be between 6-8 trustees - we currently have six Trustees, which includes one Chair position. Consideration must be given to Maori representation in the Trustees appointments, and at least one Trustee from each of the following categories: academic/research community, civil society organisations, and Government. Trust employs one part time secretariat position.
