Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

First Object: To promote and further the provision of accommodation to members of the community that are homeless and without accommodation. Second Objective: To initiate, establish, and/or administer health and social welfare services which adopt community development principles and practices, that provide care and support for the homeless within the Rotorua community; Third Object: To promote holistic participatory health care for the homeless of the Rotorua community in general.

Our office is based in Rotorua. Our trust deed states that we must have between three and six Trustees that constitute our governance board including three executive positions: Chairperson, Secretary and the appointment of a Chief Executive Officer.
