Charitable Purpose
The Trust's purpose and mission is to support, maintain, assist, foster, and promote the advancement of the physical or mental health or spiritual welfare of people residing in the North Shore and Rodney areas of Auckland.
The Trust provides assistance, in the form of grants, for purposes that are in accordance with the laws of New Zealand as being charitable and are in compliance with the requirements of the deed of the Lister Presbyterian Health Trust.

Entity Structure
The Trust was formed to carry on the charitable legacy of the North Shore Presbyterian Hospital Trust. The Trustees comprise persons with the skills and experience required to govern the Trust in accordance with the Trust Deed.
The Chair and Deputy Chair are elected at the Annual General Meeting.
The Trust employs/contracts an Administrator who also fulfils the duties of secretary.
