          Charitable Purpose

          To promote, support and encourage the conservation, protection and enhancement of native biodiversity of the Bay of Islands.

          Entity Structure

          We are an incorporated society, with a committee of twelve. The entity's activities are funded by donations & grants from both government departments & various philanthropic organisations, and relies heavily on volunteers for a large proportion of it's activities and on donated goods and services.
