Entity Structure

Governed by a board of four volunteer trustees which meets for an AGM once a year in either Wellington or Christchurch. The board makes decisions about acquisition and disposal of income producing assets and the disbursement of surplus income. Managed by a voluntary manager who administers the asset fund which is primarily held in commercial real estate property. The property assets are maintained by volunteers sourced from BBNZ and FMCNZ and by appointed tradesmen.
