Entity Structure
Board Structure - Our constitutional rules state that we must have a board comprising six members - four of whom are appointed by delegates at the AGM on the recommendation of the Selection Panel, and two members elected by the delegates at the AGM. The term of two appointed members and one elected member expires at the AGM, although all are eligible for reappointment or election as the case may be. A chairperson is elected by board members.
