The Society Members elect five to seven Board members to manage its affairs. In turn the Board appoints a National Director to supervise day-to-day activities of the Society on behalf of the Board and Society members.
Annual Returns are due within 6 months of a charity’s balance date (financial year-end), or a longer period if an extension has been granted.
