Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Wairarapa REAP provides access to lifelong learning opportunities for people of all ages, particularly those in rural districts. Wairarapa REAP delivers programmes across a number of sectors including early childhood, schools, adult and community education, which enhance and support education withing the community. We work closely with government, local Trusts and community groups to nurture community and personal development. Our work is diverse and includes working to develop our people and communities by providing practical support to organisations and initiatives that meet identified needs. Wairarapa REAP has been active in the region since 1982 and is one of 13 REAPs operating around New Zealand
