Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Eastbay REAP is an educational nonprofit that provides responsive lifelong education programmes across the Eastern Bay of Plenty. Our focus is to develop communities and social cohesion through increasing participation in quality Early Childhood Education, improving student success at school/kura (particularly through contextual learning towards NCEA achievement), and improving base skills and confidence in adults. Brokerage and whanau engagement play key roles in our approach.
