Entity Structure

The 5+ A Day Charitable Trust was established in 2007 by United Fresh NZ Incorporated (United Fresh). The Trustees of the 5+ A Day Charitable Trust are a selection of the executive members of United Fresh, one independent trustee and its independent Chairman. The trustees oversee the strategic direction of the 5+ A Day Charitable Trust.
