The Trusts consist of no less than 5 and no more than 7 trustees. All members are appointed under strict criteria. A Chairperson is appointed to manage meetings. New trustees are carefully scrutinised and appointed at meetings attended by present trustees. Members are appointed from diverse backgrounds.
