Charitable Purpose

The Ruel Foundation is a Children's charity organization, formed in year 2000 to provide 100% free medical aid to children living in remote areas of developing nations, and those that suffer from physical deformities such as cleft lip and palate and other conditions.

We provide short and long-term care to infants and children who have been orphaned, abused or abandoned, or where their health and life expectancy are in serious jeopardy.
