‘Fortune’ delivers diverse and sustainable arts experiences by: engaging audiences in high quality work in a variety of locations, presenting New Zealand work through partnerships, developing the skills of young and emerging theatre artists and professionals.

Entity Structure

The Fortune Theatre Trust is governed by a Board of ten Trustees. The Trust has a Constitution and is incorporated as a Board under the provisions of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957. The Fortune Theatre operates with two functional heads. The Artists Director oversees the artistic functioning, quality and production staff/ creatives, and the General Manager who oversees the marketing and administrative staff and functions together with the financial aspects of the theatre operation.
