Entity Structure

The Trust was established in 2000 and is administered by the ANZ National Staff Superannuation Ltd ('the Trustee"). The Trustee was appointed on 9 September 2014 to replace Trustees Executors Ltd. The management of the Trust is carried out by the ANZ Bank under the ANZ New Zealand Staff Foundation Administration and Investment Agreement, established with the Trustee.
