Charitable Purpose

At Mana Parents Centre we believe that parenting is everything and that great parents will grow great children! We work with parents to equip them with the best knowledge and skills and support so that they can be the best parents they can possibly be. Mana Parents Centre ("MPC") provides childbirth education (aka antenatal classes) and parent education classes for families living between Tawa and Pukerua Bay, and further afield where necessary.

Entity Structure

Mana Parents Centre ("MPC") is one of 50 Parents Centres throughout New Zealand, affiliated as part of Parents Centres New Zealand Inc ("PCNZ"). It is run by a Committee of volunteers who are members of MPC which includes a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Membership Officer and other members who co-ordinate the various classes offered by MPC. All Committee members are unpaid financial members of MPC.
