Entity Structure

Heart of the Bays Inc is governed by a voluntary Board consisting of not fewer than five independent members. The Governance Board is elected at the AGM in line with the Constitution. The Governance Board has overall responsibility for the finances, policy development and strategic direction of the organisation. A Community Centre Manager is employed to carry out day-to-day operations. Volunteer assistance is also gratefully received where offered.
