To act for and on behalf of tenants and the homeless in their disputes with landlords and/or Government Departments, Local Authorities, other institutions and/or organisations. To bring to the attention of Government and Local Authorities, the needs and rights of tenants and to encourage self-sufficiency amongst tenants in the meeting of such needs
