Charitable Purpose
The objects of the society shall be:
a. to promote musical interest generally and in particular to promote and encourage the playing of Accordions within New Zealand.
b. to improve the standards of Accordion playing in Canterbury and to promote and encourage musical festivals and musical appreciation within New Zealand.
c. to form associations with any other group or groups having musical interests and in particular with any other Society, Federation or Association interested in Accordion playing whether in New Zealand or overseas.
