Purpose & Structure


Charitable Purpose

Mission: To support and enhance the lives of physically disabled children, young adults and their family/whanau in the Trust deed area. Vision: To be an independent and trusted provider of information, support and services to beneficiaries, to enable them to live more independent and happy lives. Strategic Objectives: 1. Beneficiary Services - To provide support and services to beneficiaries in the Trust deed area, in response to their changing needs. 2. Regional Support - To raise awareness of the Trust in the wider Trust deed area and explore opportunities for individual and community/regional support and services, for beneficiaries in these regions. 3. Sustainability - To ensure the long term sustainability of the assets and financial position of The Wilson Home Trust. 4. Future Site Facilities - To explore and develop facilities and the capacity of the Lake Road site, to maximise opportunities for increasing beneficiary support both now and in the future.
