Charitable Purpose

The Hibiscus Hospice Development Trust provides the building facilities which enable The Hibiscus Hospice Charitable Trust to operate and fulfil its objectives of providing palliative care, comfort and support to the terminally ill and their loved ones.

Entity Structure

The Development Trust is governed by the same Trustees who govern the Charitable Trust. The Chief Executive Officer is similarly responsible for the day-to-day operations of both Trusts. The Development Trust owns the Hospice building and rents it to the Charitable Trust. It is additionally the recipient of bequests and holds long term investments for the Hospice.
