Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Manawatu Youth Orchestra Incorporated is – (a) to educate youth and other persons in the District of Manawatu in musical appreciation. (b) to provide the opportunity for musicians of all ages in the Manawatu area to participate in the performance of symphonic music. (c) to recognise and contribute to the orchestral needs of the District.
