Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To educate and empower young people to participate in healthy employment relationships. We provide education services and workshops to educate students on their responsibilities, rights and obligations as a young worker and empower them with what decent work looks like. In addition, we provide support services to individual workers under 35 who have concerns or issues in their employment relationships.
