Charitable Purpose

The Society was established to preserve, protect, and enhance for the public benefit the three Wellington historic cemeteries now known collectively as the Bolton Street Cemetery.

Entity Structure

The Society is managed by an annually elected Committee of up to ten members, including a president, a secretary and a treasurer.
