Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The furtherance of the following charitable purposes. For permanent improvements to the Gore Reserve other than the Croydon Domain and the site of the proposed Winter Garden. For improvement to the grounds of any Public School situated in Gore. For or towards the provision of Public Sports Grounds in Gore. For or towards the provision of buildings and appliances for the physical, education and development of residents of Gore under the age of 21 years. For the assistance of any Boy Scout or Girl Guide movement in Gore. For the provision of works of biography, history and travel for the Gore Public Library and the Libraries of the Gore High School and St Peters College. For or towards the establishment and maintenance of a library of farming works, etc, available free of charge to the residents of Gore. For the provision of works of biography, history and travel for the Gore Public Library and the libraries of both Gore High School and St Peters College.
