Charitable Purpose

The late Brian Ramsden, who died 30 August 2007, in his will established a perpetual charitable trust in the name of The Brian Ramsden Trust in memory of Alice Ramsden, his late mother. Grants are made to a registered charity, the Canterbury Branch of the RSPCA for the care and protection of animals. Such grants are made from net investment earnings on a quarterly basis.
