Central Emergency Communications Ltd is a joint venture between St John Emergency Communications Ltd and Wellington Free Ambulance Service Inc. The purpose of the organisation is to operate the emergency call centre (111 Service) in the lower North Island so that both organisations can despatch their ambulances to members of the public that need help.
