Charitable Purpose

Protect, store, add further materials to and catalogue the Electricity Transmission Heritage Collection, and keep the catalogue up-dated; make the Electricity Transmission Heritage Collection available to such persons as the Society in its sole discretion decides; establish a body of interested people to ensure the ongoing development and running of the Society; promote and encourage the development of similar energy heritage collections throughout New Zealand and build links with similar organisations internationally.
