Aurora promotes and supports the financial capability, resilience and wellbeing of people in the community. Providing: *education and training *resources and information *mentoring Our values: Aurora is committed, in attaining its purposes, to: *Respecting and implementing the dual heritage of the partners of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) *Rangatiratanga- valuing the right individuals have to exercise autonomy, power and authority over their own lives and learning, and our responsibilities to each other. *Whanaungatanga – developing positive and collaborative relationships through shared experiences and through working together, to cultivate a sense of connection and belonging. *Manaakitanga – showing respect, generosity, kindness and care for others, supporting everyone to feel welcome and included. *Pono – working with integrity, honesty and sincerity.
