Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

This Trust was established by deed on 30th May 1988 by Pamela Evelyn Lamm. It is to be held in perpetuity to pay the net annual income at the Trustee's discretion for support to the Child Abuse Prevention Society (Inc.) or similar organisations or individuals working towards the prevention of child abuse.

Entity Structure

The trust funds are held in perpetuity by Trustees Executors Limited an a number of co-trustees appointed under the deed. Income earned from investment is applied for the objects of the deed.
