Charitable Purpose

The Incorporation aims to provide a holistic, culturally appropriate primary health service predominately for Maori pre-school children, their whanau, hapu and iwi by promoting the concept of 'wellness' to reduce the imbalance of health in the Maori community within New Zealand

Entity Structure

The incorporation is governed by its elected Board. The Board consists of no less that 4 and no more than 5 elected members.
